The opening program connected Rockbridge perspectives with statewide priorities: federal investment, broadband, rural health, and economic development, followed by community tours and an evening reception.
Day 2 · Ideas into opportunity
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15
The second day’s program explored housing, agriculture, forestry, equine industries, transportation, and technology, alongside remarks from Governor Abigail Spanberger and the Virginia Rural Leadership Institute Class of 2026 presentation.
